The Power Of Movement: Thank You Jump Rope ➰?

However, it’s important to note that we all have different bodies, different responsibilities, and the likes. One might say, “oh it’s easy for you because your body can”, “oh you have plenty of time because you don’t work” or “oh you can do it kasi isa lang naman anak mo”. Yes you are free to say and think that way. Totoo naman because I am in this season of motherhood where I have more time for myself. What I am saying is, change does not come with doing nothing. So if you really want to see some change, ditch the excuses and start moving. Find something that will work for you, make time, and then enjoy when it pays off. “Sana all” won’t bring you somewhere, keep that in mind. 🙂

My initial goal was to jump for health, jump for my sanity, jump for happiness. Now I added a goal – to push one friend, one momma, one stranger to jump as well. Nakaka-happy sya I swear! Message me on my IG: @dinrealbautista or my skipping account: @skippindin if you want to know more. I am more than willing to share what I know. I am very thankful to the whole Jump Rope Community – a giving, encouraging, and happy community. I found joy doing this, I hope you do, too.

So there, this is my jump rope journey. To more jump challenges; to more new friends gained. To more hits and misses, whips and shin splints! Haha!?➰
